Requirements:
Proven experience working on production-grade applications
Strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming

Hands-on experience with distributed systems
Familiarity with observability concepts, including monitoring, logging, and alerting
Bonus points for previous experience as a Tech Lead or taking ownership of technical decisions
