Integration Developer

About the Role:

We are recruiting for an American Healthcare Startup scaling their engineering presence in Kraków. Our client is looking for an Integration Engineer to own the architecture, code, and automation of their "Lead-to-Cash" engine.

This is not a typical administrative role. The client needs an engineer who treats internal infrastructure as a product. You will be writing code, building complex API integrations, and designing scalable systems that power their growth. You will report directly to the VP of RevOps and ensure the tech stack supports high-volume automation, AI fluency, and robust data structures.

What You Will Do:

• System Architecture & Engineering: Own the technical configuration and backend logic of the core revenue stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, 6sense). You will design the schema and data flow.

• Custom Development: Write production-grade scripts (Apex, JavaScript, Python) to automate complex workflows and business logic that out-of-the-box tools cannot handle.

• API & Integrations: Build, maintain, and debug API connections (REST/webhooks) between the CRM, marketing automation, and product data to ensure a "single source of truth" across systems.

• Data Engineering Support: Ensure data integrity and availability for analytics, designing data models that support advanced reporting and AI initiatives.

• Tooling Strategy: Act as the Technical Lead for "buy vs. build" decisions, vetting new developer tools and implementing them into the ecosystem.

  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in a technical role (e.g., Integration Engineer, Backend Developer, or Business Systems Analyst/Developer).

• Coding Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for external scripting and data processing.

• API Mastery: Proven experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth). You know how to handle rate limits and error handling.

• Automation Logic: Experience with advanced automation logic (loops, arrays, error handling) in tools like Workato, Make, Lovable, or custom microservices.

• Language: Fluent English (C1/C2) is mandatory. You will be working directly with US stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Mindset: You are a "builder." You prefer automating a task via code over doing it manually twice.

• Proficiency in Apex (Salesforce development).

• Basic knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
