Head of Product Design

The Product and Technology Department is a team of over 500 experts. XTB is looking for a visionary, hands-on Head of Product Design to lead and grow a team of 30+ UX/UI designers and researchers. You'll shape the design strategy for one of the top investment apps on the market, balancing high-level vision with day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a 30+ person design team.

• Define and execute product design strategy across UX, UI, and research.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class user experiences.

• Maintain a strong focus on performance and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in UX/UI and product design, including research.

• Experience managing teams of 15+ in a performance-driven environment.

• Strong design portfolio and leadership track record.

• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.

• Resilient under pressure, focused, and highly organized.
