About the role:

Join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of TV streaming! We develop cutting-edge solutions for global TV operators, and we're currently building a modern backend system to power end-to-end VOD streaming processes. With numerous successful deployments worldwide, this is your chance to work on innovative streaming solutions and contribute to a global impact. What you will get to do:

• Design and develop modern Java-based backend applications.

• Take care of CI and automated testing processes.
• Conduct code reviews to help improve team practices and ensure quality.
• Your time will be divided as follows: 70% developing new features, 10% maintenance, 20% team collaboration.

Who we are looking for:

Must have:

• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Solid experience with Spring, JUnit, Maven, and MySQL.
• Experience with functional programming in Java.
• Familiarity with modern design patterns.
• Ability to work on large Java projects with multiple submodules.
• Passion for developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications.
• A focus on clean, maintainable code and best practices.
• Experience using project and delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Experience with Angular or a desire to become a versatile full-stack developer.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitHub/GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Experience with Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of the VoD/Streaming/TV industry.
• Experience with IntelliJ IDEA.
