About the role:
TiVo OS, smart TV giving a best-in-industry customized video experience, giving customers access to multiple video sources, including their favourite streaming services and on-demand content in one unified portal.
What you will get to do:
- Conduct integration, functional, regression, exploratory, and acceptance manual tests
- Conducting functional and non-functional automated test scripts/execution, creation, and maintenance of automated test scripts
- Execution, creation, review of documentation (Test Cases, Test Reports, etc.)
- Reporting defects and preparing test reports with test results
- Work on test process improvement
- Cooperating with development teams and working on defect analysis
Who we are looking for:
Main requirements for the role:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Software Testing
- Experience in test automation
- Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Puppeteer/Playwright framework
- Experience in using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab
- Basic knowledge of UNIX based systems
- Good spoken and written English (B2)
- Willingness and solid attitude to take initiative and responsibility
- Knowledge and understanding of testing standards, methods and processes
- Proficient communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience using AI tools for test automation
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Experience as a Tester in embedded systems
- ISTQB Certificate or equivalent
- Proactiveness and open communication
