Fullstack Magento Development Lead

🟣 You will be:

• part of Xebia Poland community of PHP developers working closely together in the PHP Guild,
• supported by Team Leader and receive development opportunities such as Tech Leader or Solutions Architect,
• cooperating with clients from various industries,
• working in an agile environment with tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Miro,
• implementing business requirements provided by the client,
• sharing knowledge with other team members,
• working in cloud and on-premises environments.

🟣 Your profile:

• minimum 5 years of extensive experience developing Magento 2/Adobe Commerce based solutions,
• experience in technical leadership – a tech lead, lead developer, principal developer, architect etc. role,
• expertise in both front-end and back-end development in Magento,
• profound understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID principles,
• proficiency in PHP 8 and Doctrine,
• familiarity with Venia,
• hands-on experience with Docker,
• thorough knowledge of Composer,
• familiarity with Magento supporting services such as MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch,
• familiarity in hosting deployments on cloud providers such as AWS is welcome,
• ability to effectively utilize MySQL databases and SQL proficiency,
• understanding of REST concepts and adept at creating APIs adhering to best practices,
• familiarity with contemporary IT systems,
• strong commitment to code quality,
• ability to develop unit and integration tests with a clear understanding of their significance,
• capable of independently crafting readable and testable code compliant with industry standards,
• familiarity with web application security,
• comfortable engaging in discussions with C-level, leading to architectural decisions and proposed design solutions,
• experience in effective communication with business representatives,
• ability to comprehend customer requirements and deliver tangible business value,
• proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2),
• work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
