👉 UX Designer

🟣 You will be:

• working with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft groundbreaking user experiences, understand user problems, and identify key opportunities for both the user and our business,

• establishing and maintaining our design system, grasping the roadmap, and ensuring timely project completion,

• championing the interests of the business through design-informed decisions,

• engaging with key stakeholders in the design process and fostering a resilient design team and culture.

🟣 Your profile:

• at least 2 years of experience in designing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and responsive web interfaces,

• experience with justifying design decisions based on product goals, user needs, and data,

• ability to work with insights from user research and data analysis and translate them into effective design solutions,

• experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers in an iterative environment,

• experience across the entire design process, from ideation and concept development to implementation and handoff,

• strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design processes, approaches, and outcomes,

• native-level Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
