👉 Senior Business Analyst

🟣 You will be:

• gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and integration requirements across multiple data sources, including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and Excel/SharePoint,

• defining and maintaining field mappings, transformation rules, and data governance requirements,

• supporting the definition of role-based access control (RBAC) requirements and access matrices,

• facilitating workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders,

• acting as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions,

• collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and UX/UI Designers during discovery, specification, and implementation phases,

• ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability of requirements and analytical deliverables,

• supporting solution validation and acceptance activities throughout the project lifecycle.

🟣 Your profile:

• extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT and data-driven projects,

• proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for system integrations and data-related initiatives,

• experience working with multiple business systems and data sources, including CRM platforms,

• strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills,

• ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams during implementation,

• understanding of data governance, data mapping, and access management concepts,

• experience collaborating with architects, developers, and UX/UI specialists in cross-functional teams,

• strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills,

• fluent English,

• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

🟣 Nice to have:

• experience with Salesforce and/or Dynamics 365,

• experience in enterprise data platforms, reporting, or analytics initiatives,

• familiarity with cloud-based data environments and modern data architectures,

• experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,

• interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
