AI Product Manager/Project Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Manager / Project Manager who combines the competencies and experience of both roles and is eager to contribute to the development and success of our innovative AI solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Designing and developing AI tools that support working with LLM models. 
• Deciding on software functionalities, UX, and UI based on client expectations and X-ONE's technologies. 
• Managing the development, growth, and maintenance of multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Optimizing workflow through effective task management. 
• Collaborating with clients and partners to create better products and support sales processes.

What we expect from you: 

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing IT projects, including roles such as Project Manager or Product Owner. 
• Experience with project management methods and tools, along with a willingness to innovate in AI. 
• Independence, decisiveness, and accountability in your actions. 
• Excellent command of English, enabling fluent communication. 
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build alignment and understanding within development teams. 
• Familiarity with SCRUM methodology. 
• Willingness to work from the office at least three days a week. 

Recruitment Process: 

1. Initial contact (5-15 minutes): We’ll reach out to discuss key details and plan the next steps. 
2. Interview (15-30 minutes): A conversation with a team member to dive deeper into your experience and fit for the role. 
3. Meeting with the Management Board (30-60 minutes): The final stage, where you’ll discuss visions, values, and alignment with a board member. 
4. Final decision: If our goals and expectations align, we’ll be excited to welcome you to our team!

At the beginning of the work, we would like to get to know you better and give you a chance to integrate with the team, so the first 3 months are fully on-site. Apply only if you are from Poznań area or if you are taking relocation under consideration.
