What We Do in WTG innovation:

WTG innovation is a member of the WTG Group with expertise in IT solutions. We provide software services and develop products, including WTG's own Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system, which currently serves over 10,000 users. We work in international teams and operate in a Scrum environment, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow, therefore English proficiency is essential.

The Role:

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join one of our product teams in Wrocław, Poland. Your primary focus will be on developing, mantaining and enhancing our PBX system. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and contribute to the evolution of our innovative solutions. Since we value human interactions we would prefer you work at least a few days a week in the office, but we are also open to offer to you a fully remote position as long as you will be able to join us from time to time in Wrocław or Germany for workshops or integration events.

What We're Looking For:

• Primary Skills: Java
• Database Experience: PostgreSQL
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux
• Languages: Polish and very good English skills, min. B2
• Attitide: A team player

Nice-to-Haves:

• Programming Languages: Python, PHP
• Frontend Framework: Vue.js
• Cloud Services: Azure
• Domain Knowledge: SIP Protocol
