Senior Machine Learning Engineer (.NET / Agentic Systems)

As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, and software development

• Design and implement algorithms for the MCP Graph Broker – one of the first implementations of its kind for enterprise environments in Poland,

• Conduct research on AI agent integration with Knowledge Graphs and develop models supporting real-time context brokering,

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our technology practices.

Apply if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead role in cloud solutions architecture,

• A solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management,

• Knowledge of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol or similar context protocols, and practical use of machine learning tools/ML/AI APIs in production environments,

• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search techniques (e.g., Azure AI Search) in the context of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems,

• Experience with multi-tenant architecture – designing context separation, data isolation, and access policies in SaaS environments,

• Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns: routing, memory management, tool use, human-in-the-loop,

• Practical knowledge of conversational and dialogue models (fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering for LLMs) – particularly for AI assistant scenarios,

• Practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and analytics tools,

• Experience with AI model evaluation techniques – experiment design, quality assessment metrics for ML models,

• Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools,

• Experience in building application frameworks,

• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,

• A passion for technology and a keen eye for emerging trends,

• Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications,

• Experience in designing solutions resilient to high data volumes and high availability,

• Strong communication skills,

• An eye for detail,

• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written,

• Ability to work from Białystok or surrounding areas; hybrid work model required (at least 3 days in the office + max 2 days remote per week),

• Higher technical education (computer science or related field).

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise system integration via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API) in the role of connector or MCP integration developer,

• Knowledge of MLOps – deploying and monitoring models in production using Azure ML and CI/CD pipelines,

• Experience with multi-agent systems at enterprise scale,

• Experience as a Senior Data Scientist or Senior ML Engineer,

• Knowledge of machine learning methods, with particular emphasis on NLP and LLM-based systems,

• Scientific publications or participation in R&D projects in the AI/ML domain,

• Experience in analysis and preparation of large datasets (ETL/ELT): cleaning, transformation, quality validation,

• Experience with multimodal AI models covering at least two of: text, speech (ASR/TTS), image, video,

• Knowledge of AI security and compliance topics (GDPR, AI Act),

• Azure certifications: AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), Developer Associate (AZ-204), Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or equivalent.

• Salary of PLN 20,000–25,000 per month (net B2B) or employment contract (gross), 12-month contract with the possibility of extension,
