Test Engineer

WonderMiles Sp. z o.o. is a company specializing in creating a travel management system dedicated to Business Clients and Travel Agencies. We integrate with external providers of hotel, airline, train, and car rental content.

We are looking for a Manual Tester to join our team.

We offer work based on a B2B contract, either remotely or on-site.

For on-site work, the locations are Białystok or Warsaw.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for creating web applications in travel industry area. You will work with experienced IT specialists in an international team based on agile approach. The work gives great opportunities to gain technical and business knowledge. You will have an opportunity to develop yourself in areas as: Microservices, Docker, Continuous integration, Test automation.

You ill be responsible for:

• Reporting and tracking defects
• Functional testing in different environments, including web and mobile
• API testing
• Monitoring and analyzing system logs
• Reporting issues to the second line of support

Minimum requirements: 

• Experience in MSSQL
• Basic knowledge of REST API
• Basic programming skills (C#)
• Decent English reading and writing skills

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of web application testing experience
• 1+ years of web services testing experience (Postman/Swagger/JMeter, etc.)
• Decent knowledge of Bug tracking tools
• Experience with selenium WebDriver (an advantage)
• Experience with Jira or other test management tools (an advantage)
• Experience with tools like Selenium, jMeter, Teamcity, Docker, Git (an advantage)
• Knowledge of the best QA practices, ISTQB fundamentals or more (an advantage)
