Your role is:

• Develop and maintain Python-based microservices that support the Client’s LLM-powered tools (such as Rejection Bot, Appeal Bot, and Timeline Bot) as well as future AI-driven internal platforms.
• Connect and interact with Klarna APIs (PTX, Decision Store, OSIS) and third-party services (like Kiki, FullStory, and Slack).
• Track and enhance system performance using tools like Datadog and Langsmith, focusing on key metrics such as latency, error rates, and user experience.
• Work closely with teams across Product, Data Science, Legal, and Customer Service to deliver AI solutions that are scalable, compliant, and centered on user needs.
• Promote engineering best practices—including code reviews, continuous integration/deployment, Docker usage, thorough testing, and a microservices approach—within a fast-moving, growth-oriented team.

Your skills and experiences:

• more than 10 years of programming experience, ideally with past roles as a Lead or Tech Lead;
• strong command of Python, with hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django;
• solid knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS services like Lambda, ECS, and others, along with a deep understanding of microservices architecture;
• genuine interest in artificial intelligence; experience with LLMs, natural language processing, or prompt engineering is a plus;
• familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git to support efficient and reliable deployments;
• excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams;
• proficient in AWS cloud technologies, including Serverless, Lambda, Redshift, S3, and EC2);
• advanced English language skills (B2 level or higher).
