We are currently looking for a Security Engineer to join our client’s team and contribute to their mission of protecting global enterprises from cyber threats.
Your role is:
-> Serve as the primary coordination point for Vulnerability Management (VM) efforts, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers
-> Provide guidance and direction on VM processes, including vulnerability grouping, exception management, and remediation workflows
-> Oversee tracking and reporting on vulnerability remediation progress, ensuring that all steps are executed within the required timeframes
-> Lead the process of generating and reviewing reports related to VM metrics, risk trends, and compliance status for leadership
-> Ensure continuous communication with relevant teams to drive critical vulnerability remediation in a timely manner
Your skills and experiences:
-> At least 3-5 years of experience in vulnerability management, specifically utilizing Qualys to support security operations
-> Proficiency in applying information security policies and compliance frameworks to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and system updates
-> Experience in investigating vulnerability findings across the organization, working closely with server owners and technical experts to coordinate remediation efforts
-> Familiarity with validating and reviewing VM Change requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with remediation timelines
-> Competence in creating reports related to vulnerability management, security posture, and compliance, and in presenting these to stakeholders.
-> Language proficiency: Advanced English (minimum B2 level)
