Automation QA Engineer

Currently, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to the team who will be involved in CI/CD process related to strategic features for the main Client's product.

Your role is:

-> to analyze business requirements and creating corresponding test scenarios;

-> to increase automated test coverage by developing additional test cases;

-> to enhance and evolving the existing test automation framework; 

-> to support and updating current automated tests;

-> to define and implement QA standards and best practices;

-> to track and manage QA-related metrics.

Your skills and experiences:

-> minimum of 4 years of practical experience testing web or backend applications;

-> excellent communication abilities and fluency in English (min. B2)

-> based in Poland or within the European time zone;

-> significant expertise in automating tests for both frontend and backend systems (using tools such as Selenium, REST, WebSocket, FIX, GraphQL);

-> strong command of Java 8 SE/EE or newer versions;

-> familiarity with JUnit5 or TestNG frameworks; 

-> solid grasp of software design principles and clean code methodologies;

-> at least a basic understanding of working with both relational and NoSQL databases;

-> well-organized and capable of setting and following priorities;

-> hands-on experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins and Nexus;

-> well organized, able to understand priorities and follow them.

Nice to have:

+ prior experience in, or familiarity with, the financial sector—such as trading, banking, or capital markets;

+ practical experience in designing, implementing, and running performance and load tests;

+ background in working within Agile teams, particularly in distributed and international setups.
