About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead configuration efforts, and ensure smooth integration with related systems and tools. This position requires both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will take ownership of SAP configuration activities at a senior level, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into precise technical specifications, and deliver effective, scalable solutions. You will be responsible for enhancing Assistance business processes, and overseeing change management activities. Your role will also involve maintaining system documentation in Jira and Confluence, and performing SQL-based data analysis to support improvements and resolve issues. In addition, you will foster collaboration across cross-functional teams in large-scale agile environments, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and actively contribute to the introduction of innovative SAP and IT solutions that align with the organization’s goals.

Competencies

• SAP configuration skills (Senior level)

• Strong Assistance business knowledge

• Excellent verbal communication skills 

• Jira and Confluence

• SQL

• Strong technical analytical skills

• Proven experience in agile environments

• Fluency in English is a must (min B2, C1 preferred)

• Can-do attitude

• Great attention to detail

• Independence and drive to grow and learn

• 4+ years of experience

• Nice to have: Knowledge of document management with Thunderhead
