AI Automation Engineer - Backend & Workflow Orchestration

We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer – someone passionate about building pipelines, orchestrating workflows, and eliminating repetitive manual work through automation. You’ll combine engineering, AI, and systems thinking to create solutions that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop automation workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and UI automation.

• Build AI-driven pipelines with LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI SDK, our proprietary GenAI).

• Integrate multiple third-party services and APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSockets), handling rate limits and retries.

• Automate UI interactions with Playwright where APIs are not available.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing to identify manual processes to automate.

• Implement and monitor experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate testing).

• Collect and analyze data (traffic, conversions, performance) to surface actionable insights.

• Ensure automations are reliable, observable, and scalable (monitoring, error handling, retries).

• Contribute ideas to the future SaaS automation platform we’re building.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise with TypeScript/Node.js.

• Experience with Playwright (or Puppeteer) for automation.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Temporal).

• Knowledge of AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic, or similar).

• Solid skills in PostgreSQL / SQL.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean).

• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.

• Bonus: experience with event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Streams).

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product and marketing.

• Fluent in English and Polish.
