Senior Full-Stack (TypeScript/React) / Clinical & Regulated Systems

We’re looking for two Senior Full-Stack Developers to help our healthcare client build a clinical test ordering system from scratch.

Brief

This is a greenfield build replacing a legacy PHP solution (no further development planned on the legacy). You’ll join a compact team:

• Product Owner

• Architect

• 2 existing developers

You'll help take the product from early foundations to a reliable, compliant system for clinical use in a regulated environment.

Tasks

• Own full-stack feature development in TypeScript/React

• Collaborate closely with the architect on design, patterns, and technical decisions

• Translate business/clinical requirements into clean, testable, production-ready code

• Work effectively in a regulated context (documentation, reviews, traceability)

Primary stack

• TypeScript

• React (frontend)

• Legacy PHP present but being sunset (no new work there)

Requirements

• Senior-level full-stack expertise

• Experience in pharma/healthcare or other regulated industries

• Consulting mindset: proactive communication, clear documentation, stakeholder collaboration

Project details

• 100% Remote

• Engagement: Minimum 6-month assignment

• Team: PO + architect + 2 developers (+ you and another senior consultant)
