About the role

We're looking for a Project Manager who's a natural organiser and a natural communicator — someone who already thinks in priorities, dependencies, and people dynamics, and wants to sharpen those instincts inside a fast-moving agency environment.

You'll own delivery across client projects from kickoff to launch: coordinating dev and design teams, managing scope and budget, and being the person clients trust to keep things moving. You'll also help us improve how we work — refining our delivery processes, identifying what's slowing teams down, and making it better.

This is not a role where you'll learn to be assertive, structured, or client-facing. Those things need to come preinstalled. What we will help you develop is deeper technical fluency, exposure to a wide range of product challenges, and the craft of running increasingly complex engagements.

Compensation: 10 000–14 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)

Tasks

• Own end-to-end delivery of software and design projects — budget, scope, timeline, quality

• Be the primary point of contact for clients: set expectations, communicate progress, flag risks early

• Coordinate across internal teams (developers, designers, QA) and external stakeholders

• Remove blockers for your project teams — fast

• Write clear, well-structured tasks and keep project boards honest

• Build and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust and transparency

• Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the team

• Manage change and risk proactively, not reactively

👥 You're a people person who can be direct. You build trust easily, but you're not conflict-averse. You say what needs to be said — kindly and clearly.

📈 You see project management as a career, not a stepping stone. You want to get genuinely great at this.

Experience and skills

✔️ 2+ years managing software or digital projects — ideally in an agency or multi-client environment

✔️ Real experience owning project budgets, timelines, and client relationships (not just supporting someone who did)

✔️ A working understanding of how software gets built: development lifecycle, what a sprint looks like, what designers and developers actually need from a PM

✔️ Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches — pragmatic application over textbook adherence

✔️ Track record of successful deliveries you can speak to concretely

✔️ Proven experience in stakeholder management and change/risk management

🗣️ Advanced written and spoken English (min. C1) and Polish (min. B2+)

⛱️ Experience and preference for remote work

Nice to have

• Experience with Linear, Notion, or similar modern PM tooling

• Background in agency or consultancy environments

• Exposure to delivery process design or operational improvements

A note on AI

We use AI tools daily: in development, in design, in how we think about problems. We're not looking for people who treat this as a threat or a shortcut, but as a fundamental shift in how great software gets built. If you're curious, adaptive, and already weaving AI into your workflow, you'll feel right at home. If you're waiting for it to blow over – this probably isn't the right fit.
