As our Lead Digital Designer, you'll:

• Drive creative direction for ambitious, multi-year digital transformations
• Craft compelling product experiences across web, mobile, and brand touchpoints
• Lead and mentor our talented design team, fostering growth and innovation
• Collaborate directly with global clients, translating complex visions into elegant solutions

You're Perfect for This If:

• You have substantial agency experience crafting digital products
• Your portfolio showcases a deep understanding of product design principles
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex challenges
• You're passionate about mentoring and elevating team performance
• You're based in the EU (our team is primarily in Poland, but we're fully remote-friendly)

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level Figma proficiency
• Experience with or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Cloud, Framer, and Webflow
• Strong understanding of modern design tools and ability to quickly adapt to new ones
