About our Team:

Our team supports stakeholders across the “Human Resources” division, including Group HR, local HR departments, and pension funds. In close collaboration with an external partner, we take technical ownership of the company’s global HR platform - SAP SuccessFactors - ensuring stable, efficient operations across all modules while coordinating new business requirements.

We are also responsible for managing and evolving all integrations connected to the HR system, acting as a key link between HR and technology.

Role Purpose:

We are currently looking for a hands-on Integration Engineer to take ownership of our HR integration landscape, with SAP SuccessFactors at its core. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner to HR, streamlining existing integrations, driving automation and ensuring that HR data flows are reliable, compliant and well-documented.

You will design, build, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and key downstream systems, including payroll, identity and access management, finance and satellite HR tools, while also owning employee master data quality and ensuring that all integrations are aligned with GDPR and broader compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Performance) and systems such as IAM, finance, and HR applications

  • Support the ongoing configuration, releases, and testing of SuccessFactors to ensure stable and efficient operation

  • Ensure all HR data integrations meet GDPR and regional data protection requirements

  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, architects and external vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions

  • Work within an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and feasibility assessments

Your Skills:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and satellite HR tools.

  • Proven experience building cloud integrations with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or comparable middleware

  • Solid understanding of HR data concepts: org structures, employee lifecycle, master data hierarchies

  • Strong testing and QA discipline for integration solutions

  • Working knowledge of GDPR as applied to HR data flows

  • Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery environments

Ideally, you also have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central or Integration)

  • Experience with additional SF modules: Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation

  • Familiarity with IAM/IDP provisioning and joiner/mover/leaver flows
