About us: We currently have a Digital Product & IT department of over 140 people, including Developers, DevOps engineers, Testers, Project Managers, and Architects. In our daily work, we deliver projects that open up new opportunities for us and our customers. We primarily develop our website and mobile application, as well as internal systems that support and automate our work.

Key responsibilities:

• Performing manual application testing (functional and non-functional),

• Creating, updating, and maintaining test cases and test documentation,

• Identifying, reporting, and monitoring defects in the system,

• Analyzing test results and reporting outcomes,

• Co-creating the test environment and contributing to the development of the automated testing approach within the team,

• Collaborating with Developers and Business teams at various stages of product development.

  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Tester role,

• Experience in testing CRM and/or e-commerce applications,

• Ability to create test cases and documentation, as well as report and analyze defects,

• Knowledge of testing principles, techniques, and processes, as well as the software development lifecycle,

• Familiarity with testing tools,

• Experience working with SQL and Postman,

• Basic knowledge of the HTTP protocol and REST APIs,

• Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and curiosity,

• Highly developed communication skills,

• First experience in writing automated tests and a willingness to further develop in this area,

• Knowledge of English enabling comfortable use of technical documentation.

• Availability to work from the office once a week.

  
  

Nice to have 

• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java/C#),

• Taking the first steps in software test automation, preferably using Selenium, 

• Experience with or willingness to participate in the implementation and maintenance of automated tests (Web/API),

• Ability to prepare automated test scenarios, e.g. using BDD approaches such as Cucumber or Gherkin,

• ISTQB certification.
