About us:

We are a team dedicated to building a data‑driven HR culture. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Perex / HR Costs Analyst to join us. You will be responsible for personnel expense planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple CEE entities.

​Key responsibilities: 

• Preparation and monitoring of personnel expense (PerEx) budgets,

• Monthly HR cost reporting and variance analysis,

• Analysis of labor cost trends and KPIs,

• Support of forecasting and annual budgeting processes,

• Cooperation with Finance, Payroll and HRBPs teams,

• Data validation between HR and Finance systems,

• Headcount planning and FTE reporting,

• Participation in HR system implementation projects,

• Preparation of management reports and dashboards.

  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years in HR controlling, RevenueOps or financial analysis,

• Good understanding of payroll structure,

• Experience in multinational environment,

• Very good Excel & reporting tools,

• Attention to detail,

• Communication skills.
