About us:
Our team is responsible for designing and optimizing self-service solutions within the purchasing process and the customer panel. Our goal is to create solutions that enable users to easily and intuitively complete bookings, manage their data, payments, and additional services.
Key responsibilities:
Developing and enhancing payment strategies across various markets, considering local preferences, costs, and regulations,
Building and maintaining a roadmap of payment initiatives (new channels, improvements, integrations, optimization),
Monitoring transaction costs and analyzing supplier offers, including negotiations with banks and payment providers,
Creating and updating payment process maps ("as-is/to-be") and identifying risk points and error,
Defining control mechanisms and KPI reports, e.g. authorizations, declines, chargebacks, uptime, costs,
Selecting, testing, and implementing new payment methods such as BNPL, wallets, instant transfers,
Ensuring data consistency between payment systems and the booking platform,
Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as business, IT, finance, and marketing,
Participating in budget cycles, including securing budgets and cooperating with banks or providers on marketing initiatives,
Initiating optimization projects and A/B tests within the payment area,
Adapting global standards to local conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing payment or product processes within e-commerce, fintech, or a similar environment,
Experience working across multiple markets (preferably within the CEE region), with a strong understanding of local differences and their impact on payments (e.g. preferred payment methods, limits, regulations),
Strategic mindset, including process mapping and optimization skills,
Experience in analyzing transaction costs and negotiating with payment providers,
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs and prepare reports,
Ability to design and conduct A/B tests, experiments, and measure the impact of implemented changes,
High level of independence and attention to detail, with the ability to identify non-obvious errors in payment processes,
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as IT and business teams,
Fluency in Polish and English, enabling effective communication in an international environment, working with documentation, and participating in meetings.
