We’re seeking a technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between AI technology and business transformation, working directly with clients to automate their processes while driving significant account growth.

What you will do: 

• You will focus on automating processes using AI Agents in different industries for a US/UK/Germany-based companies 

• You should be available from 14:00 to 18:00 Polish time during working days.

• Contributing to building VstormPedia (our internal technical knowledge database) on a weekly basis 

• Collaborate with AI Tech Lead, AI Engineers (our team members) to help potential clients design a strategy 

• This role is hybrid – you’ll work from our Wrocław office 2 days per week, so being based in or near Wrocław is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management with a strong focus on Process Automation, Data, AI, or related technical fields 

• Solid software development background – we need someone who’s been in the trenches and understands Python, frameworks, and technical trade-offs (Yes, we are looking for an ex-developer who gets it) 

• Track record of account growth and business development – we expect our PMs to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth 

• Resource management and team optimization experience – you’ll be responsible for maximizing engineer utilization and project profitability 

• Proven client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational politics 

• Experience designing process maps and flowcharts – you’ll be mapping client workflows and designing automation solutions daily 

• Understanding of Data, Prompt Designing, NLP, and Large Language Model concepts – essential for designing AI agent solutions 

• Proficiency in English at C1 level (both written and spoken) 

  
  

Nice to have: 

• Understanding of Agentic AI architecture (types, guardrails, RAG pipelines) – the deeper your knowledge, the better you can design solutions 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field – formal technical education provides a strong foundation 

• Consulting or professional services background – experience with client delivery models and billable utilization
