    We are now looking for a Customer Support Engineer for our Insight by Volue division. This role demands a strong eagerness to learn, curiosity, and excellent communication skills with customers to enhance our customer support.


    As a Customer Support Engineer in the Insight division, you will play a vital role as the bridge between our company and our customers. Your efforts will ensure customer success by assisting clients in understanding and maximizing the utility of our solutions.


    What you will be doing to make a difference:


    • Analyse and follow-up of requests and questions from our customers
    • Assist in problem solving with the rest of the Insight team
    • Support our customers in accordance with the current service agreement
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Contribute to customer success
    • Identify customer needs and see opportunities for additional sales


     What you need to succeed:


    • A relevant Bachelor/Master's degree or other relevant experience (domain: energy, support)
    • Eagerness to learn (knowledge of the energy market will be an advantage)
    • Customer service mindset
    • Basic understanding and management of APIs and authentication
    • Ability to communicate technical topics from a FAQ or similar
    • Good interpersonal and cooperation skills
    • Great communication skills in writing and orally
    • Fluency in English. Other languages like a Scandinavian language, Italian, Spanish or German are considered an advantage
    • Disposition to work from Volue Gdańsk office at least twice per week 


    You are proactive in your responsibilities and take initiative to continually develop yourself and your colleagues. You thrive on solving challenges, are focused on finding solutions, curious about new technologies, recognize opportunities and understand commercial requirements.
