System Analyst

We are searching for an experienced system analyst to help us convert business processes and sports know-how into formalized requirements for development teams. We are looking for someone willing to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment where agility is more important than strict long-term planning. Your responsibilities:

• Understand the needs based on discussions with clients or our industry experts.

• Negotiate the project scope and timelines with business and sales.

• Prepare solutions based on the current product portfolio and propose needed software additions or expansions.

• Help us maintain our product roadmaps. Take part in feature prioritization.

• Prepare formal documents with the results of your work. Work on details with the UX and development teams.

• Support the testing process and ensure software is capable of achieving the set objectives.

• Analyse client feedback and prepare for the next development cycles.

• Occasionally travel to event locations to oversee system operation in real-life conditions.

• Serve as an intermediary between software and business teams.

• Learn about the industry and its core data and money flows. Help create market-aware software solutions.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis. Taking some new products to market.

• Understanding of REST APIs and their role in system-to-system integrations.

• Good grasp of different stages of software development.

• Ability to envision and formalize diagrams of system-to-system integration.

• Strong communication skills, ability to push ideas through.

• Minimum C1 level English is required for communication with our international team.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of TypeScript code.

• Some experience with the sport tech, event industry, or international software platforms.
