We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/ UI) to join our design team and focus on crafting high-quality user interfaces and prototypes for our web, desktop, and mobile products, while ensuring seamless communication with our development team.

Your Role

• Translating user needs and product goals into scalable solutions

• Collaborating with the team at various stages of the design process

• Defining product architecture and end-to-end user journeys

• Working with project managers to align goals

• Assisting in the creation of graphic proposals, specifications, and project descriptions for developers, as well as c

• Collaborating with developers during the application development and testing phases

• Leveraging and evolving design patterns for scalability

• Articulating and advocating for design decisions

• Setting and scaling UX standards across the product

• Driving iterative product evolution based on feedback

• Designing interfaces (Mobile/Web)

• Creating prototypes

• Ensuring design integrity and pixel-perfect implementation of graphic designs (collaborating with frontend developers)

• Working with ready-made components and expanding the brand’s Design System

Do we have a match?
As a UX/UI Designer, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience (supported by a portfolio) in UX/UI design for web, desktop, and mobile applications

• Proficiency in creating wireframes and designing user interfaces

• Advanced knowledge of Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator or other graphic design programs (Adobe CC suite is a plus)

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technology and business teams

• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity

• Diligence and independence in managing assigned tasks

• English language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level

• Understanding of the value of Design Systems

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
