Test Lead Salesforce

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced person who has spent the last few years delving into the art of software testing and the solutions and best practices that accompany it.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a dedicated Salesforce test team from scratch and have a real impact on its shape and development.

To achieve this, we expect you to have solid experience as a Software Tester, Test Lead, and someone who has led a similar team in the past and built its internal testing competencies.

Your responsibilities include:

/ Responsible for designing, verifying, leading and documenting all Test Strategies, Test Cases and Test Scenarios

/ Responsible for day-to-day supervision over the quality and pace of Salesforce Tester(s) work, including coordination and support in estimating test effort

/ CI/CD - Lead by example in the areas of automated unit, integration and acceptance tests to support our continuous integration pipelines

/ Overall responsibility for testing within the scope of the team - SPOC for all testing-related matters

/ Performing functional tests (if necessary to deliver planned work on time)

/ Collaborate with Salesforce Architect and Business Analysts to translate requirements into test scenarios

/ Mentor and support junior Salesforce tester(s) on the team. Share knowledge of testing techniques and principles, review their test cases and test scenarios, and guide them on following test standards

Our requirements:

/ Min. 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing, including Lead Tester / Test Manager role with strong testing skills and deep knowledge of the test standards and best practices

/ Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or similar is required

/ Proven track record of participation in successful end-to-end software development projects (Salesforce development projects experience is a huge advantage)

/ Proven experience in building and leading testing teams. Skilled in mentoring testers, conducting performance reviews, and establishing testing standards

/ Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for automated deployments and tools for test automation like Selenium, Testim or OpKey

/ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile team and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders when required

/ Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)

NICE TO HAVE:

/ Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management (CTAL-TM) or Certified Tester Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA) or similar

/ Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator) are highly desirable

/ Experience with testing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services is an additional advantage
