About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who has spent the last few years delving into Salesforce solutions and Salesforce development best practices.

In this role, you will develop and enhance our Salesforce platform across multiple clouds. You will work on complex projects spanning Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and contribute to integrations with external systems (including MuleSoft). You will be expected to write high-quality Apex code and Lightning components, participate in the full development lifecycle, and help streamline our release management process. As a senior team member, you will also promote Salesforce development best practices.

To achieve this, we expect you to have solid experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Your responsibilities include:

/ Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and (where needed) Aura components or Visualforce. Build user interface components and custom pages to enhance user experience on the platform. Ensure solutions are optimized for scale and performance

/ Work closely with our Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect to understand requirements in each cloud and implement appropriate Salesforce capabilities or integrations to meet those needs

/ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices. Maintain thorough code documentation and create robust Apex test classes to ensure high test coverage for all custom development . Perform peer code reviews and refactor code as needed to improve quality

/ Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, databases, marketing platforms) using MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs

/ Mentor and support junior Salesforce developers in the team. Share knowledge of Salesforce development techniques, review their code, and guide them on following development standards

/ Participate in team meetings, validate and refine requirements, propose feasible approaches, and provide accurate development estimates

Our requirements:

/ Min. 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Expert-level skills in Apex programming and familiarity with Salesforce Platform capabilities. Experience with LWC/Aura and Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder), as well as Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

/ Proven track record of participation in successful end-to-end Salesforce development projects (at least one project for an enterprise clients, ideally automotive or manufacturing)

/ Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development and configuration. Understanding of Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities and how to integrate or synchronize data between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (exact target) will be an added advantage

/ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in the Salesforce environment. Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices (governor limits, bulkification, security/sharing considerations). Committed to writing test classes and maintaining high code coverage

/ Salesforce Platform Developer II certificate is required. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Strategy Designer, or Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Cloud Consultant will be an added advantage

/ Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)

/ Proficiency with SFDX and version control (Git) – GitHub or Bitbucket

/ Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automated deployments and SonarQube/CodeScan for code quality analysis. Familiarity with packaging and deployment strategies (change sets, unlocked packages, etc.)

/ Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and tools, including MuleSoft or equivalent experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware

/ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile team and communicate progress in daily stand-ups, as well as collaborate using tools like JIRA and Confluence

NICE TO HAVE:

/ Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud,  Data Cloud or Automotive Cloud will be an asset

/ Experience in working with cloud solutions (AWS)

/ Experience in Tableau and / or MuleSoft development
