About the role:

We are looking for an experienced person who has spent the last few years delving into Salesforce architecture and its accompanying solutions and best practices.

In this role, you will have a rare opportunity to build a dedicated Salesforce development team from scratch and have a real impact on its shape and development.

To achieve this, we expect you to have solid experience as a Salesforce Developer, Architect, and someone who has led a similar team in the past and built its internal Salesforce competencies.

Your responsibilities include:

/ Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices. Lead/assist in onboarding new Developers to the team

/ Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

/ Design and develop custom Salesforce components

/ Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, databases, marketing platforms) using MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs

/ Oversee Salesforce deployment design and release management

/ Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX) for source-driven development and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) for automated deployments

/ Enforce high code quality standards using tools like SonarQube and CodeScan. Ensure test coverage and documentation

/ Maintain technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and release notes

/ Participate in and lead team meetings. Allocate resources to ensure tasks are assigned appropriately based on requirements and developer skills

Our requirements:

/ Min. 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development, including Tech Lead and/or Architect roles

/ Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II is required. Other Salesforce certificates will be an added advantage

/ Proven experience in building and leading development teams. Ability to mentor developers, conduct effective code reviews, and establish coding standards

/ Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security model. Experience designing scalable solutions and integrations that adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits

/ Proven track record of participation in successful end-to-end Salesforce development projects (at least two projects for an enterprise clients)

/ Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)

/ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile team and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders when required

NICE TO HAVE:

/ Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds e.g., Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or Auto Cloud will be an added advantage

/ Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certificates are highly desirable

/ Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certificate will be a huge advantage

/ Experience in working with cloud solutions (AWS)

/ Experience in Tableau and/or MuleSoft development
