Embedded Software Developer (Junior)

Location: Remote + a few days per year in Austria (Atzbach, Innsbruck)

Join VM.PL as an Embedded Developer and work on hardware-near software for a real industrial-grade product. The project is run in an agile environment, in a small team, with full technical support and onboarding on-site at the client's location.

Tasks

1. Development of software for embedded systems (C/C++ and Python)
2. Integration and testing in cooperation with external partners
3. Programming of sequence controls
4. Verification and maintenance of software quality

Requirements

1. Knowledge of C/C++ and Python
2. Accuracy, structured approach, independence
3. Practical mindset and collaborative attitude
4. Willingness to travel occasionally to Austria
5. German and English – fluent enough for daily communication
6. Nice to have: knowledge of Fieldbus, experience with low-voltage electrical installations
