Mid C# Developer – Vision Programming / OCR

We are seeking an experienced C# Developer to join a cutting-edge project in the industrial automation sector. This assignment involves the development of an advanced optical inspection line for casted alloy components, utilizing robotic arms and camera-based sensors.

Project Overview:

You will be part of a team responsible for building a vision system supporting four robotic stations, each equipped with different camera sensors. The project is technically led on our side — we are now expanding the development team with additional specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Software development using C# and MVC
• Implementation and configuration of vision programming and/or OCR solutions
• Integration with robotic stations and industrial components
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in C# and ASP.NET MVC
• Hands-on knowledge of vision programming or OCR libraries (e.g., OpenCV, Cognex, VisionPro, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel once to Austria for project kickoff and possibly during commissioning
