SQL/Backend Developer with German

For our client, we are looking for a SQL/Backend Developer with good knowledge of German (minimum B2). Your main focus will be the development of backend processes around database as well as supporting teams in SQL-related topics.

The work involves both the further development of our standard platform and participation in projects for clients from the financial sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the standard platform – from specification through concept to implementation

• Develop backend processes around databases

• Support the technical support team with SQL queries and database-related issues

• Collaborate with the project team on ongoing client projects

• Implement customer requirements in the backend/SQL area

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SQL, ideally Microsoft Transact-SQL

• Practical experience with SQL Stored Procedures, Scalar- and Table-Valued Functions

• Knowledge of additional programming languages is an advantage

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus

• Knowledge of the financial services sector (banks, wealth management) is desirable

• German – minimum B2 level

• English – nice to have
