Integrating mechanisms powered by Large Language Models (e.g. automatic test case updates based on Pull Requests) and applying them in the software development lifecycle
Implementing software quality concepts, including Contract Testing (PACT) and E2E frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Cypress) — experience with at least one framework is sufficient
Providing architectural guidance on integrating E2E testing with legacy systems and dedicated applications
Designing and modernizing the CI/CD toolchain as well as acting as a technical leader within the team, including organizing work and taking ownership of the domain
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software development
Expert knowledge of C# / .NET (latest versions) with hands-on experience in building CLI tools and backend solutions
Experience with React and readiness to collaborate with frontend teams (Angular experience is also acceptable)
Practical experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML, scripting)
Basic/intermediate knowledge of Terraform (e.g. App Services configuration)
Knowledge of Contract Testing (PACT) concepts and experience with at least one E2E framework (e.g. Playwright, Cypress) — nice to have
Experience integrating tools powered by Large Language Models (OpenAI or similar) is considered an advantage
English proficiency allowing smooth technical collaboration; German is welcome but not required
A mindset focused on enabling teams and improving the productivity of other developers, combined with organizational and leadership skills
We Offer
Remote work with occasional visits to the office and the client site — work from home while having the opportunity (and sometimes the need) to meet in our Wrocław office
Clear communication and a flat organizational structure — no unnecessary hierarchy and easy access to decision-makers
An individual growth path — together with your leader, you will plan your development, supported by external training and knowledge-sharing sessions
A supportive team culture — we value openness, trust, and mutual support
Engaging projects — work on meaningful solutions across various industries such as e-learning, energy, finance, manufacturing, and logistics
International teams and clients — improve your English and/or German in real project environments
Language classes — company-funded English and German lessons at all levels, including sessions with native speakers
Benefits package — private healthcare (LuxMed), life insurance (Unum), and Multisport card
Focus on integration and wellbeing — regular team meetings, internal initiatives, squash and badminton groups, and many everyday activities that help build relationships and a positive atmosphere
