Mid-level Graphic Designer

👉 As a Mid-level Graphic Designer, you will:

• Work closely with the marketing team, creating graphics for our social media channels, including GIFs, infographics, headers, and other brand-consistent 2D visual assets
• Produce visual assets for real-world use (conferences, merch, etc.)
• Produce visual content for in-house use (onboarding, team building, culture)
• Design consistent templates for presentations, social posts, overlays, etc.
• Work on the UI designs for our product

 ✅ You may be a good fit if you have:

• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing design work
• Minimum 4 years of work experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency 
• A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Proficiency in design software, such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator
• Boundless creativity and a passion
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and at a fast pace to meet quick turnaround deadlines, in addition to managing multiple projects simultaneously 
• Good communication skills with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure concept alignment, as well as the ability to take direction and feedback constructively 
• Fluent written and spoken English, ensuring clear communication in an international work environment 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX
• Knowledge of Web3 is a big plus
• Ability to create 3D models is a big plus 
• Familiarity with social media design or print design is a plus
