ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with several departments to enhance visual communication across the company. Working with the PR team, they will develop visual assets that align with our brand for press releases, social media, and promotional campaigns. With the Recruitment team, the designer will assist in creating visually engaging materials to support recruitment initiatives and attract top talent. They will also work alongside HR to design presentations and materials that reflect our company culture and values. Additionally, the designer will support the internal projects team, contributing to the visual design of tools like the employee portal, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience for all employees.

YOUR ROLE

• Designing graphic materials, such as landing pages, social media posts, advertising banners, newsletters, corporate presentations, etc.;
• Rarely designing product packaging and labels (T-shirts, hoodies, gifts packaging);
• Contributing to design of internal portals;
• Ensuring high quality standards and brand consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years of documented commercial experience;
• Good knowledge of Figma and the Adobe CC suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
• The ability to communicate clearly, openness to feedback, and a positive attitude toward working with others;
• Willingness to develop in UI/UX design field;
• B2+ level of English.
