Agile Project Manager

Vetlab is one of the fastest-growing veterinary diagnostic networks in Central Europe.We are building the future of digital diagnostics - and we need someone who can connect business with IT, bring order to chaos, and support agile ways of working. We're open to candidates from all over Poland.

Your mission:

• Turn business needs into clear requirements & processes

• Build & manage backlogs (JIRA) with developers and stakeholders

• Run refinements, workshops, work with UX, QA & data teams

• Support communication with international partners

• Help drive agile practices & process clarity

• Collaborate on projects using AI & automation in diagnostics

We're looking for:

• 3+ years in Product Management, IT Analysis or PO roles

• Strong JIRA + Agile experience (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban)

• Analytical mindset - user flows, diagrams, clear specs

• Comfortable working between business & dev teams

• Solid English (B2+)

• Knowledge of German (B1)

Bonus points for:

• Experience with AI / ML / data-driven platforms

• Background in med-tech / diagnostics / LIMS

• Energy, initiative & a mindset of "let"s fix this"
