SAP Project System (PS) Consultant

Short about the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Consultant for a project. This is an independent position, so we expect excellent self-organization, consultative thinking, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the SAP PS Consultant should be adept at navigating the business management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share consulting knowledge, quality communication, and resource management.

Role & responsibilities

• Working as an SAP PS consultant in a project in Poland, focusing on 

  • Implementation of SAP PS and integration of SAP PS with surrounding modules

  • SAP PS well defined project structure matching the customer needs

  • Planning scenarios

  • Automatic settlement of the projects

  • Data validation

  • Workflow for acceptance of the data, rates, final settlements

• Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users

• Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders

• Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration

• Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements

• Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication

What is expected of you

• A minimum of five years of experience in various SAP projects as an SAP PS Consultant, with a proven track record of successful project implementation

• In-depth understanding of core end-to-end SAP PS business processes and integration with surrounding modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach 

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders 

• A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team 

• Proficiency in C2 level Polish (native) is required – Polish is the language of the project 

• Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 30% of the time

Nice to have

• Strong communication skills in German or English would be an asset

• Good knowledge of ABAP programming language
