About your role

As a QA Engineer at Vazco, you will take ownership of quality across the entire development lifecycle. From early requirement analysis to automated testing and ongoing process improvements, your work will directly impact how we build and ship products.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and clients, contributing not only to testing but also to product decisions, UX improvements, and overall engineering quality.

You meet our criteria if you:

• Work with test automation frameworks and languages such as TypeScript and Playwright.

• Have hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.

• Communicate confidently in English and Polish and feel comfortable working directly with clients.

• Understand testing processes, quality standards, and good engineering practices.

• Can analyze requirements, spot inconsistencies, and proactively address risks.

• Take ownership and make decisions, rather than just execute assigned tasks.

• Think analytically, pay attention to detail, and enjoy finding edge cases and hidden issues.

Nice to have
We’d be excited if you also bring:

• Experience with mobile automation using Appium or similar tools.

• Interest in using AI tools to support QA work (e.g. test generation, automation of repetitive tasks).

• Curiosity about testing AI-based systems, including evaluating responses and working with prompts.

• Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL, Postman, Swagger)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Taking full ownership of QA processes in the project - from planning to execution and improvement.

• Analyzing requirements early to identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities before development starts.

• Designing and maintaining automated test suites (E2E, regression, integration). 

• Testing features across web and mobile platforms at every stage of development.

• Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with the team and client. 

• Identifying UX issues, quality risks, and opportunities to improve processes - not just reporting bugs, but helping solve them.
