    Service Desk is an international team that is a key part of the corporate IT department . Our colleagues have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and the problems encountered when working with IT systems. We work closely with other IT departments and support the business in achieving their strategic goals.


    What will you do? 


     Your tasks and responsibilities: 


    • IT support for internal users with their IT related operations: accessibility, usability, hardware and software related issues
    • Dealing with phone, selfservice portal and email incidents and requests from IT users within whole Vattenfall
    • Analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents and requests
    • Identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
    • Participate in projects
    • Follow the implemented processes (ITIL) and internal routines
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work


    Who are you? 


    An IT Technician has a thorough understanding of client related issues, but is also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacenter or application teams. As our IT Technician Client Services you will bring very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills.


    Next to this you bring: 

    • very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills
    • very good English skills, both written and spoken
    • very good German skills, both written and spoken
    • experience in customer support is an asset
    • basic IT knowledge
    • ability to work independently in an international team, but also able to organize/coordinate work with others
    • pro-active behaviour, take initiatives to improve our daily work
    • willingness to travel internationally
