You will lead internal Salesforce.com (SFDC) initiatives within an agile environment, focusing on enhancing the Service to Retention (S2R) process to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
You will facilitate agile ceremonies like planning, reviews, and retrospectives, empowering teams to adapt and grow with each project.
You will manage project risks and dependencies proactively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
You will leverage agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to track progress and communicate success across stakeholders.
You will support organizational growth by delivering innovative solutions aligned with business needs and user expectations.
What makes us successful together
Qualification: You have a solid educational background in Business, IT, or related fields.
Experience: You bring 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within agile Salesforce environments.
Know-how and skills: Your understanding of Salesforce capabilities, S2R processes, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, AgilePM) sets you apart.
Nice to have: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus, along with experience in Lead-to-Order or Marketing Automation.
Personality: You are a proactive team player who enjoys empowering others, embracing change, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Language skills: Fluent English is essential; Polish language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
