SAP S/4HANA Invoicing Expert

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced specialist in SAP S/4HANA to support international projects related to eInvoicing and tax compliance, particularly in the context of solutions such as KSeF (Poland) and SAP DRC (Digital Reporting & Compliance). The candidate will collaborate with teams responsible for implementations in countries subject to eInvoicing mandates (e.g., Poland, Italy, and others).

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of SAP DRC, including both outbound and inbound invoice processing

• Support the deployment and enhancement of eInvoicing solutions for Poland (KSeF) – Wave 1B Go-live

• Provide technical and functional support for eInvoicing reporting in Italy (SAP S/4HANA)

• Analyze technical and regulatory requirements related to eInvoicing and implement them within the SAP system

• Collaborate with integration and compliance teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA (modules: FI, SD, MM)

• Experience working with technical integrations in SAP (e.g., DRC, eInvoicing, middleware, APIs)

• Solid knowledge of international eInvoicing and tax compliance regulations, especially KSeF (Poland)

• Proven track record in SAP implementation projects in the area of invoicing and compliance

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
