Power Platform Architect

Our customer currently relies on outdated and inefficient tools (MS Excel, MS Access, SQL databases, etc.) to support a key part of their core business operations. The client has requested to modernize and transform the existing solution into a new platform based on Microsoft Power Platform.

The Power Platform Architect will be responsible for understanding the client’s needs and, in cooperation with the Project Manager and Power Platform Developers, preparing a project offer. The offer should include required resources, estimated workload, project duration, and additional costs (e.g., licensing).

Once the offer is accepted, the architect will lead the solution architecture design and oversee the implementation and delivery of the new tool.

 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the client’s business needs and current solution landscape.

• Conduct requirement discovery sessions and propose an optimal Power Platform-based approach.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and development team to prepare a project offer.

• Prepare a detailed client offer including:

  • required project resources,

  • effort estimation and workload,

  • project timeline and duration,

  • additional costs (e.g., licenses, infrastructure, third-party tools).

• Design end-to-end solution architecture using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Create and maintain solution documentation (HLD/LLD).

• Provide technical leadership and guidance during development and implementation.

• Ensure best practices in Power Platform governance, security, and scalability.

• Support integration planning with existing systems and data sources.

• Participate in client workshops, presentations, and architecture review meetings.

• Ensure solution quality and alignment with business objectives.

 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong experience in designing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

• Proven experience in implementing Power Platform solutions end-to-end.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture.

• Strong team player mindset.

• Nice to have: experience in the insurance industry.

• Nice to have: French and/or Dutch language skills.
