First Line Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive First Line Support Specialist to join our team at IUNCTUM. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our IT services and providing exceptional support to our customers. Your responsibilities:
✅ Handling all incoming calls and providing first-line support to customers.
✅ Drafting and forwarding emails to the appropriate contacts.
✅ Logging and tracking tickets in the ticketing system.
✅ Managing first-level processes according to ITIL V4 standards.
✅ Creating and managing new tickets with suppliers.
✅ Initiating orders, sending offers, and invoices.
✅ Communicating maintenance windows to customers.
✅ Creating and distributing marketing materials.
✅ Ordering and renewing licenses for various software.
✅ Procuring hardware from suppliers.
Our requirements:
🔹 Fluent in German (written & spoken) at B2/C1 level.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
🔹 Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
🔹 Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
🔹 Ideally, familiarity with CRM systems.
🔹 Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, ITIL3 or ITIL4) are a plus.

Employment type:
• Part-time for the first 3-6 months (approx. 4 hours/day), including on-call duty.
• Full-time or part-time after 6 months.
Location: Remote, with the possibility of relocation to Germany (Stuttgart).
