DevOps Engineer (GCP & Kubernetes)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a German healthcare institution. The position does not require German language skills – English is sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and VPC.

• Define and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Deploy, monitor, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).

• Develop automation and tooling with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

• Ensure compliance with security best practices in GCP, including IAM, service accounts, and secrets management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing production workloads on GCP.

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration.

• Solid hands-on background in automation, CI/CD, and scripting.

• Familiarity with cloud security principles and implementation.
