Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with Openshift experience to spearhead innovative solutions with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes expertise, particularly Red Hat OpenShift, in on-premise environments. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of mission-critical systems, shaping the future of secure, scalable solutions for diverse industries.
What you need
2+ years of experience at similar role
Kubernetes knowledge and experience, particularly Red Hat OpenShift, and its on-premise operations
Experience with web-based APIs and interfaces such as HTTP/REST, SOAP, JSON, MQTT, and similar technologies
Familiarity with microservice patterns, containerization (Docker), and an understanding of system behavior in such environments
Cloud-Native Technologies: Interest and experience in cloud-native technologies, public cloud services, and IaaS with Kubernetes
Safety-Critical Systems: Awareness of and willingness to learn system design principles for safety-critical applications
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Responsibilities
Verification of Software Deliverables: Align software outputs with system design specifications through rigorous verification processes.
Collaborative Feature Development: Engage closely with software developers and system architects to enable optimal feature integration for product teams.
Automated Testing Support: Assist the test team in implementing automated regression and black-box tests at various levels (system, subsystem, and software component).
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the CI/CD chain, leveraging Jenkins and conducting automated vulnerability scans.
Product Release Support: Collaborate with the development project manager during formal product release processes, ensuring compliance through mandatory testing.
