Clinical Integration Specialist / Business Analyst

We are looking for a Clinical Integration Specialist / Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in specifying integration needs between

Medidata systems and the broader clinical landscape at our organization.

This position combines knowledge of clinical trial processes, data integration, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs related to clinical data integration.

• Identify and document integration requirements between Medidata systems and other clinical platforms.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

• Ensure integration processes comply with GxP and CSV regulations.

• Support project activities, including progress tracking, risk reporting, and deployment support.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or clinical data management.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM), and GxP/CSV compliance.

• Experience with data integration tools and/or middleware platforms.

• Ability to gather, structure, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN, data flow diagrams).

• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level – required.
