About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of consultants, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of SAP FICO systems. By addressing incidents, solving complex problems, and mentoring team members, you’ll directly contribute to achieving the highest level of client satisfaction. Your expertise in SAP FICO and your bilingual skills in Spanish and English will ensure seamless communication and exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of consultants to resolve tickets, incidents, and problems related to SAP FICO.
• Ensure the maintenance, support, and high performance of SAP FICO systems.
• Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to enhance team expertise.
• Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee the integration and operation of SAP FICO systems.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on support and maintenance.
• Strong skills in SAP FICO configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and standards, particularly IFRS.
• Technical expertise in SAP ABAP, including debugging and understanding custom code.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• A collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
