Web Analyst

We are looking for a Web Analyst to strengthen our e-commerce efforts in driving the growth of our business.

About the Team

Analysts are key members of the Finance Department, contributing significantly to decision-making and strategic planning. We are the proud owners of our data warehouse and all dashboards used in our company.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Preparing reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, BigQuery)
• Development and maintenance of the analytical tool environment in GA4
• Managing scripts in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and configuring the data layer
• Data visualization and creating dashboards in Looker Studio
• Analyzing the sales funnel and conducting A/B tests to recommend actions that increase conversion and user engagement
• Recommending optimization actions related to traffic acquisition and conversion rate optimization
• Debugging tracking errors to ensure the proper functioning of analytical tools

In the role of Web Analyst we expect that you will:

• execute joint projects and therefore cooperate closely with other teams (marketing, sales, development)
• understand business needs and be able to address them effectively

Job requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in e-commerce, data analysis, web analytics
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration
• Practical experience in configuring and debugging tags in GTM
• Experience in designing reports and dashboards (e.g., in Looker Studio)
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
• Ability to analyze the sales funnel and marketing campaign effectiveness
• Good communication skills, responsibility, and a proactive approach to task execution
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you know:

• DV360 and SA360
• Tools such as AppEngine
• Server-Side GTM (sGTM)
• Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
